Explore your goals and user needs, then agree what the design needs to achieve.
Create user flows and clickable prototypes, then test and refine them with real people.
Bring the experience together with polished screens, reusable components and all the important states.
Prepare clear design files and notes, then walk your developers through how everything works.

We define the user journeys, map the key flows and create wireframes before designing the interface. Depending on the scope, you may also receive a clickable prototype, usability testing, designs for loading and error states, reusable components and a developer handover. We agree those deliverables before work starts.
Yes. We examine the current journeys, user feedback and product data where available to find the problem worth solving. Then we agree what to keep, what to redesign and how to test the change. Our article on turning research findings into product decisions explains that process.
Yes. We help identify the first users, the task they need to complete and what the first version must include. We can turn that into a clickable prototype to test with users or show to investors before you commit to development. A prototype is not a live app.
Yes. We discuss technical constraints with them before finalising the UI. At handover, they receive organised design files, components, screen states and interaction notes, plus a walkthrough of the key journeys.
Yes. You can commission product design alone or combine it with mobile app development for an iOS or Android product, Webflow design and development for a website, or branding if the product also needs an identity. We define the deliverables and price for each part of the work.
As a planning guide, a focused UX/UI feature or clickable prototype can take 2–3 weeks; a broader product design project can take 4–8 weeks. Recruiting users, testing several journeys or creating a design system may add time. Your proposal sets out the actual stages and dates.
According to Clutch, focused UX projects in the UK can start at around £8,000; a full product redesign may cost considerably more. We price each project around what your product needs, from the journeys and screens involved to research, testing and developer handover. Tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll recommend a scope and give you an estimate.
Tell us who the product is for, what users need to do and what you want to create or improve. If the product exists, send a link and any feedback or data you already have. Your target date and budget range help us suggest a realistic first stage; a finished brief isn’t required.
