A focused two-week sprint: understand the task, set up the tools and context, test on real work, and hand over a way of working your team can reuse. We agree the exact scope before we start.
We start with the tools your team already uses. If another tool would help, we discuss access and costs with you before adding it.
We agree which materials and tools to use before the sprint. Share only what is needed for the agreed tasks; access and data handling are confirmed with your team.
An initial discussion, focused reviews and a handover session. We agree who needs to join and when before we start, so the sprint fits around your team’s work.
The price depends on the agreed scope. We send a proposal with the work, timeline and cost before we start. After handover, your team can keep using the workflow; any further support is agreed separately.
